Exención del servicio militar December 28, 2007

Basado en un hecho real de hace varios años en Francia y publicado en un periódico (leido en el club de las cinco):

“Estimado Señor Ministro de la Defensa Nacional,

Permítame presentarle respetuosamente el caso siguiente, referente a mi situación personal, con el fin de solicitar mi baja inmediata de mi deber del servicio militar.

Tengo 24 años, y estoy casado con una viuda de 42, la cual tiene una hija de 25 años, que ahora también se ha convertido en mi hija. Mi padre se ha casado con esta última. En la actualidad, mi padre se ha convertido pues en mi yerno, puesto que se ha casado con mi hija. Por consiguiente, mi hija, que es también mi nuera, se ha convertido en mi madre, ya que es la esposa de mi padre… Mi mujer y yo hemos tenido un hijo en Enero. Este niño se ha convertido en el hermano de la mujer de mi padre, lo que equivale a ser el cuñado de mi padre. Como consecuencia, es ahora mi tío, puesto que es hermano de mi madre. Ahora bien, como hemos dicho, ya sabemos que mi hijo, es también mi tío. La mujer de mi padre, en navidades, ha tenido un niño, que es a la vez mi hermano, ya que es hijo de mi padre, y al mismo tiempo mi nieto, puesto que es hijo de la hija de mi mujer. Como resultado, soy ahora el hermano de mi nieto, y como ya sabemos que el marido de la madre de una persona es el padre de esta persona, resulta que soy padre de mi mujer, y hermano de mi hijo. Por consiguiente soy mi propio abuelo.

Por este motivo, Señor Ministro, le ruego que me conceda el derecho a regresar a mi hogar, ya que la ley prohíbe  terminantemente que el padre, el hijo, y el nietosean llamados a filas al mismo tiempo.

Confiando en su comprensión, le mando un muy cordial saludo.”

(El artículo publicado explica al final que esta persona fue eximida del servicio militar obligatorio con la siguiente mención  en su expediente: “Estado psíquico inestable y preocupante, con transtornos mentales agravados por un clima familiar perturbador”)

Colecciono textos de fraudes (conocidos en inglés como SCAM). Los más variados son los denominados “Cartas Nigerianas”, “Estafa Nigeriana” o “419 Scam” (por el artículo 419 del código penal nigeriano).

Tienen aspectos comunes como mencionar hechos o personas conocidas (a veces hacen referencias a accidentes o situaciones reflejadas en la prensa), informar sobre búsquedas de herederos o de potenciales beneficiarios de importantes sumas, o ayudar a una persona necesitada o quien ha detectado la posibilidad de obtener el dinero a desviarlo de su custodio actual.

Una forma de detectarlos es comprobar que el email de procedencia es diferente del email “responder a “ ya que al ser un tipo de estafa muy industrializado, el encargado de cada nivel de estafa parte de que los mails que le llegan han superado las reticencias del nivel anterior por ese procedimiento.

El más reciente que me ha llegado es este que en el asunto del mensaje pone “private investigation”:

The client died in testate and nominated no successor in title over the investments made with the bank. Desde el sábado 8 de diciembre de 1984 este enclave de Huesca es especial para mi.

Para situarlo en Google Maps hay que buscar la calle de Joaquín Costa, la de San Juan Bosco o la Ronda de San Miguel.

Las Miguelas

Las Miguelas-compoición nocturna

La Iglesia de San Miguel en Huesca y el convento anexo a ella, son conocidos por los habitantes de Huesca como “Las Miguelas”. 

Se trata de un templo construido en el siglo XII, que ha sufrido numerosas reformas a lo largo de su historia, como se puede comprobar en la enorme cabecera y el ábside de estilo gótico. Desde la Edad Media cumplió además funciones de hospital y leprosería.  Actualmente la ocupan religiosas de la Orden de las Carmelitas.

Esta pequeña iglesia románico-gótica construida en extramuros por Alfonso I de Aragón en 1110, con función de lazareto (hospital de enfermos de lepra), se anexa al convento que acoge desde el siglo XVII una comunidad de monjas de clausura, carmelitas calzadas.

De la iglesia, transición del románico al gótico, destaca la esbelta torre cuadrada con campanario, las ventanas con arcos de medio punto y el ábside poligonal con vanos ojivales abiertos en sendas capillas. El artesonado de coro está realizado en madera policromada. 

El visitante tendrá la oportunidad de escuchar los cristianos cánticos de las monjas del convento, en sus rezos de laudes y vísperas.

La recoleta plaza de acceso se abre a una amplia panorámica sobre la ribera del Isuela, con puente colgante, y a las Sierras Exteriores del Prepirineo. Al frente, tras la torre de la muralla, una mesa interpretativa representa los principales relieves.
